AutoSwitch ensures that the grid input has priority over the inverter when both are connected. Therefore, when you connect the vehicle to the grid, the inverter does not use power from the batteries. AutoSwitch also has a safety feature that ensures that no power is transferred from the grid input only when the inverter is in use.
